From Survivor to Transformational Leader
Born and raised in Greenville, Mississippi, Apostle Andrea Lesure Haynes has been serving in ministry powerfully for over a decade, transforming her deepest pain into purpose. After beginning her career with the US Postal Service and starting a family, Andrea's life took a devastating turn in 2003 when she found herself trapped in an escalating cycle of domestic abuse.
The violence reached a horrific climax when her husband shot her, leaving her for dead, before taking his own life. But what the enemy meant for destruction, God transformed into divine destiny.
Rising from the ashes of trauma, Andrea discovered her calling in the very place of her greatest wound. Her miraculous healing journey became the foundation for empowering countless women caught in similar destructive patterns. What began as personal restoration evolved into a kingdom vision bringing hope and renewed vitality to all lives shattered by domestic violence, including both survivors and perpetrators.
In 2009, Andrea and her husband Edwin Haynes co-founded Haynes Healing Hearts, a Houston-based ministry committed to breaking generational cycles of abuse and restoring lives through the transformative power of God's love. Today, Apostle Andrea stands as a living testimony that no situation is too broken for God's redemptive power to restore and use for His glory.
